Passports + Visas

A valid passport is required for U.S. and Canadian citizens traveling to all international destinations. Passports must be valid for six months after the return of your journey and should also have sufficient blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps.

Please note that it is the guests’ sole responsibility to acquire the appropriate valid travel documents.

If you cannot prove you have proper documentation to authorities, you may be denied boarding or entry. We can not issue a refund under these circumstances.

Many destinations also require a visa for U.S. and Canadian passport holders. The following indicates which countries require obtaining a visa before departure, or where we recommend obtaining a visa on arrival.

If a country is not listed, a visa is not required for U.S. and Canadian passport holders. This information is also indicated in your Pre-Travel Documentation. For example, according to the Costa Rica Embassy Website: “US nationals do not require an entry visa to Costa Rica. However, they must have a current valid passport and a return ticket to exit Costa Rica within 90 days. (Either to return to your country or to go to another country).”

Citizens of other countries should contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements pertaining to their itinerary.
